故障現象：

交換機剛剛開啟時無法連接其他網絡，需要等待一段時間才可以。另外，交換機如果長時間不使用，訪問速度會慢下來。

故障分析：

為了避免網路存在拓撲環，從而導致網路癱瘓，交換機在默認情況下啟用生成樹協議。這樣網路即使存在環路，也會只保留一條路徑，自動切斷其他鏈路。

這時當交換機加電啟動時，各端口需要依次進入監聽、學習和轉髮狀態，這個過程大約需要3~5分鐘時間。

故障解決：

禁用擴展樹協議或將端口設置為PortFast模式，雖然這兩種方法能省略交換機檢測端口過程，但網絡設備之間產生拓撲環，同樣會導致網路通信癱瘓。

Failure analysis:

To avoid network congestion in the network, the switch is enabled by default. The switch enables the spanning tree protocol by default. In this way, even if there is a loop in the network, only one path is reserved, and other links are automatically cut off.

At this time, when the switch is powered on, each port needs to enter the listening, learning, and forwarding states in turn. This process takes about 3 to 5 minutes.

Troubleshooting:
